The apartment was purchased in order to be used as a short term rent property. The presented space is located in the central area of Bucharest and it was constructed the interwar period, benefiting from several valuable features specific to that period such as high ceilings and generous window areas.. In this respect, it was desired to preserve and recondition as many from the elements of the apartment but reorganize the space specifically to the purpose that it was bought for, an in doing so, to maximize the sleeping areas and to minimize the living areas.
